Position opens: Institute Pasteur of Shanghai
A lab technician position is currently available in Prof. Tetsuya Toyoda's laboratory in Institute Pasteur of Shanghai, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Prof. Tetsuya Toyoda's research program and interest focus on the following subjects:
1.Molecular dissection of viral RNA polymerases: influenza, hepatitis C, SARS, Rota, Japanese encephalitis viruses and so on.
2.Development of highly pathogenic human influenza and SARS virus vaccines.
The qualified candidate is expected to be or have:
(1) Have a master degree (or above) in molecular biology;
(2) With excellent English (or Japanese) ability in reading, writing and communicating;
(3) With years' experience in scientific research;
(4) Strong sense of independence, responsibility, and collaboration ;
(5) Open-minded and competent to learn new ideas and techniques.
(6) Any experience abroad China is welcome.
